Drift Spa at Palms refused the coupon

I called to make a spa appointment for my husband and mentioned that I would like to use the 50% ($50 coupon) from the LVA.

The spa lady said that she had never heard of the coupon. I asked her to verify that he would indeed be able to use the coupon for a $50 discount as the service was $145. Her manager told her that the coupon is not good at the spa.

We have always used this coupon for a massage at the Palms. We are very disappointed!!!

Sorry to hear about that, and you might want to post this in the Questions to the LVA staff forum. They monitor that one closely and am sure they could determine and fix the problem.

They said they do not accept this coupon. I and a number of other people posted this last year. I don't think they are directly owned by Palms, but not quite sure. You can get a better deal by checking Travelzoo--they have 1 hr. massage at Drift Spa for $69.
