Free Steak at Hooters

Just got back from Las Vegas and they are running a promo in December (Not sure when it expires). Go to the players club and if you have an out of state drivers license you get an voucher for a free steak. (this is for new and existing members) You just have too purchase a drink for a $1.50.

This was a great meal. You get a steak and a baked potato. They have add on's for a $1.50 each.

Green Beans
Loaded potato (otherwise just comes with butter)
Dessert

This was a very good meal. two of us ate for $7.00 plus tip!

What was the quality of the steak? What would you expect to pay for such a meal in say LA of SF?
