Harrahs 2-4-1 buffet

Coupon book specifies lunch only. After standing in line for 30 mins on Saturday...counter lady says... Coupon isn't good today, because Saturday's we serve Brunch...NOT lunch. I guess I'm supposed to know that, but since most of the coupons are specific, if they are only good on certain days... I didn't. So, we walked across the street to Mirage and used the 2-4-1 for their BRUNCH, and were very pleased. Awesome priime rib..crab legs, free champagne. Thanks Harrah's for sending me across the street for a much better buffet!!

Way to go! I absolutely HATE standing in line, so I can only imagine your frustration to meet the Buffet Nazi when you did get to the front! I will now definitely be using my Mirage coup on my December trip.

I used the Mirage coupon early this year for lunch; it was the first time I had been to the Mirage buffet. I thought the buffet was EXCELLENT! A good example of a coupon getting me to a place that I probably would not have tried otherwise. I would recommend it highly; only regret that I won't have a coupon when we visit in December !

Another example of terrible customer service. I'm sure there bean counters would have rather had you eat there so they then have a chance at your wallet playing the machines. Doesn't make sense.

That's not bad customer service. That's someone doing their job in the proper manner. If the coupon specifies lunch, that's what it means.
If you show up for brunch, that the customer's problem, not the cashier's.
Stop the blame game people.

I got in line on a weekend too at Harrahs. But noticed the sign that said brunch. I asked an employee and said it wasnt good on weekends. Therefore I got out of line. No harm. No foul. But the coupon should have read Mon to Fri only instead of lunch only.
