Has anyone had trouble using Ellis Island ACG coupons because of the color?

We (myself and husband) each have an ACG , each has a distinctly different color to the coupons. I've read that people have had their coupons refused because they were thought to be copies. I looked on the ACG site and saw no mention of the problem. Has anyone had an issue with this.
I would hope if I brought the book in and ripped the coupon out in front of them it would be ok, but I hear the problem arose when the coupon user returned to use the free play that posts after 24 hours of the coupon redemption, and that someone other than the person at the booth nixed the coupon on grounds that it looked like a copy.
One of my books, the coupons are all light peach colored, and the other book they are more of a orange color.
Ours are more orange than light peach

Ha! Love it.
This is a civil rights violation - discrimination based upon color!
I haven't had that problem in Vegas, but my friend was questioned about his coupons in Atlantic Cty. They were allowed to use them. We each had ACG coupons and his were a very different color print. They looked very light & washed out. I since bought a second book & those are also very light. I'm going to email ACG to let them know about it and maybe other should do the same.

If you would, please post the response you receive from A C G. For some reason I'm unable to post on the forum over there, even though I supposedly did what I needed to do in order to be able to post.
I emailed them yesterday & had a reply this morning They seem to be brushing it off as an isolated incident. They don't say what we should do if we encounter a refusal to use a coupon because of the color. Hopefully more people that bought the book & had the problem will contact ACG about it. Here is their reply and my message that I sent follows. I also sent a second reply with pics showing the 2 different colored coupons that I have. If I get another reply I will post that one too.

ACG's reply:

Sorry to hear about your problem.

However, please note that I have not had one person contact me about this before so I assume it is an isolated problem.

Are you saying that every single coupon in your book is faded? Or, are you just referring to coupons in a particular section?

Sincerely,

Subject: ACG Printing
Question or Comment: I purchased a 2nd ACG and the printing is much
lighter. It looks to be almost faded or washed out. I have a friend whose
book looked the same & they had problems using coupons at Taj Mahal in AC,
They said they were copies. I also see postings of the same on LV message
boards. What do we do if we encounter this? I didn't pay for a a book to be
told I can't use the coupons. Maybe a notice from ACG needs to be sent
saying some printings are different in color.

I received a 2nd reply from ACG. They wanted me to send back the light printed book for replacement and was going to show it to their printer. Unfortunately I removed only the AC coupons & didn't keep the remainder of the book since those are the only ones we use. If anyone has one of these lightly printed books please contact them & they will probably ask you to return it & will replace it. So far it seems they have not received any other complaints about this. If you do contact them don't just post on their forum, use the "contact them" link.

New Reply from ACG:

Did you remove all of the coupons from your book?

I can send you a replacement book, but I would like to get back the one with the faded coupons. I haven't seen one of those and I can show it to my printer.

Thanks,
