ACG sent me another email. If someone has an ACG with th light washed out coupons they will replace it. See the following message I received this morning....
If someone has a book with faded coupons I can exchange it for a new book. However, I would need them to send me the entire book with all of the faded coupons. I would then send them a new book and reimburse their postage costs for sending me the book by USPS Media Mail.
The problem is that there are people who trade and sell coupons. Therefore, I don't know who legitimately bought the book and who bought or traded coupons.
Unfortunately, this is the only way we can handle this situation.
