How do I access MRB?

Do I have to physically collect this book once I get to Vegas or is it available online as I can't seem to find it.

You can see a list of the coupons that are in it online. But you have to have the hard-copy book in order to use them. When you joined, you had a choice of having the book mailed to you or picking it up at the LVA office. Which did you choose?
