How do you use your gambling coupons?

We've been using matchplay coupons (LVA & ACG) for years, usually one trip a year to Vegas, but I still get a little queasy when I sit down at a table, play my coupon and then get up and leave. Anybody else feel this way? Am I doing it wrong? Should I just get over it?
I do it when there is no one else around so I do not mess up any body's juju. But I get the same feeling if I just use my coupon and leave.
Of course, if you use the coupon and then stay for what my be a losing session, this defeats the purpose of the coupon, yes? I also hate when the dealer spends forever scrutinizing the coupon as others at the table look on.
My wife and I go to Las Vegas once a year and each have both coupon books. We do the same thing. We play our coupon and move on. We try to do it with tables that are empty, but sometimes we have no option. We have a nine year winning streak going by doing this though.

I don't even bother sitting down if I'm only there for a blackjack hit and run. Exact amount of cash for matchplay handed to dealer along with the coupon, one hand and out. Same thing with pass line bet on craps.

It … depends. I normally watch the table and sometimes I might say, "Gosh. I need to use this!" Seems to work.

Other times, especially if it's a casino I like, I pony up some cash, sit down with a predetermined stop-loss, and play with the coupon.
