You'll have to check with LVA of course, but they used to have a policy of replacing a lost MRB once in a life time. You could pick it up at their office if that is still their policy. Worth a call.

Medic,

Last year I accidentally left my tote bag in the rental car we originally were going to take when we decided to take a different vehicle. I was totally bummed since the bag contained not only the MRB and ACG but also my jewelry, makeup, cigarettes, and all our other paperwork. We immediately went back to the rental facility hoping someone had turned it in, but no such luck. We drove over to the LVA office with the hope of being able to buy another one and much to my surprise they actually gave me a new one at no charge! No questions asked. They earned a customer for life that day.
As it turns out there are still some honest people in the world, because a day or two later we got a call from the man who found my bag. It had been sitting on the floor in the back seat, so he didn't notice it right away. Long story short this wonderful gentleman from Canada took the time to look through our paperwork and hunt down our home phone number. He spoke with my son who gave him my husband's cell phone. He then returned the bag to the rental facility where we retrieved it with a week still left for us to use the rest of the coupons. When we got home we sent him a Tim Horton's gift card for his trouble.

Renews one's faith in humanity doesn't it!!!

This is totally awsome news, but have no vehicle to get to the office. It has been a rough go. Thank you all so much so far for the help. hugs

I have heard people say it's not a bad walk from the Gold Coast/Rio area, IF you are gong to be in that vicinity. Have a great trip anyway--what the hell you're in LAS VEGAS!!
Agreed, about an eight minute walk from GC/Rio...with the shuttles you are there easy!
