LVA VP Coupons Pay Big Rewards

I had terrific results from some of LVA's top VP coupons last week, the ones at Terrible's and Opera House.

My primary game is single-line quarter 10/7 DB. Plain vanilla boring, I agree, but it's what I play. However, the Terrible's and Opera House coupons allow me to increase my wagers, knowing that all (Terrible's) or part (Opera House) of my losses are insured.

For the Terrible's MRO, I played quarter 9/7 DB, but on a five line machine. 20 minutes in and $60 down, I was dealt four deuces on each line for $500.

The next day at Opera House, they didn't have good multiline, so I played $1 9/7 DB. 15 minutes in, down $40 or so, I hit 4 aces, for $800. I also redeemed the ACG coupon for an additional 40 coins for a four of a kind.

Had I received these same hands without benefit of these coupons, betting at my unsubsidized rate, I likely would have won roughly $290 or so. Instead, I won $1,240.

To my way of thinking, I won an additional $950 thanks to these coupons.

Thanks HP!
Nice luck -- congrats!
Very nice! Congratulations on your great hits while working on this promotion!

Members, be aware that the risk involved can be very much worth it and there definitely is less of a chance that a person can end up losing with this kind of promotion.

Very nice Chilcoot. We plan on using those same two coupons when we go in September. Maybe we'll be as lucky as you were.

Congratulations Chilcoot. Always nice to read about good wins.
Thanks. The winning was just dumb luck. But the winning big was all about being a LVA subscriber, something I've long been very happy to be.
Thats great, congrats

good to know they have 9/7 DB at the Opera House

I may try that next week
Great to hear. I have always been a long advocate of using coupons. I laugh when people put their noses up at using them. You prove a point that coupons are $$$ in your pocket. My boys sometimes seemed embarrassed at Moms coupons, but on our recent first family trip to Vegas--you should have seem them with their coupons. One of our sons made a couple sports book coupons pay, many free t shirts and of course a lot of the B1G1F drink coupons--they treated each other to many drinks they told me later. I hope to see more coupons like the Terribles one--I doubt it--but one can hope. I think from reading the boards and seeing how may coupons that have been redeemed that it has really brought in a lot of people to the place.
I had a bouncy ride with coupies last month, but made a good trip despite not hitting my usual 4 figure benchmark. knowing to walk when it's time has always been part of successful wagering. I appreciate the info about good games at opera house, even though it's not 'my game'... another poster may kick in information based on your example, and, per usual... Good Luck!
I can't remember if ever when I have hesitated in using a coupon on anything.

My attitude has always been that if places are offering coupons, then they want us to use them. And so if coupons will either save us or make us money, then why should we not use them?!

Using coupons means that it's more likely for us to have more money in our pockets instead of having the company having the money. And wouldn't you rather have more money to deal with and do stuff with then giving it away (when you don't necessarily have to) to the store, restaurant, etc.?
