They won't give you the new-member and LVA bonuses together. You can sign up and get the new-member bonus, then come back another day and use the LVA offer.
Was there on the 26th and they would not take it. Did get $10 for new member and played that and got out of there. It was my only hand pay Of my four day trip. And the hand pay was for a whole $20. What a joke.
From what I'm understanding from what Anthony said, this deal can/should be done twice -- once by the casino's own sign up promotion and then to make use of the LVA MRB coupon, you come back again on another day and do this LVA coupon, so you could end up getting $ out of them twice.
Anthony the LVA coupon reads "Visit the Mardi Gras Slot Club Podium, Present this coupon and REGISTER FOR YOUR MARDI GRAS SLOT CLUB CARD." No where on the coupon does it say good for "existing club members" also. Will they honor our revisit and honor the coupon? It says you have to register for a player card on the coupon and if you already have a card then the coupon is void? Of course it does say the usual management can cancel offer at any time stuff.
It looks like that's where the problem is. It's supposed to be good for existing members on a later trip, but the wording doesn't reflect that. We'll bring it to their attention again.
But Anthony, can this also mean now that people who have never signed up for a card at Mardi Gras can now do it through the Slot Club and then come back another day (even maybe a day later) and bring them the LVA Coupon and then do this promotion again?

Yes the LVA coupon for Mardi Gras is a no go and never has been valid from what people here have said. Of course management has the right to stop us from using the coupon anytime.
Read your March issue of LVA. Now MG will give you a sheet with 40.00 worth of coupons and let you come back the next day to get the LVA 10.00 free play after you play 10.00 slot play. Their new member signup of play 10.00 get 10.00 free still is in effect.....apparently.

I'm out in Vegas working the Bar and Nightclub show. I'm staying at the Mardi Gras(MG). I am already a member of the MG slot club. I was able to redeem the LVA POV coupon as an existing member. They gave me a coupon sheet with two $10 slot match plays and four $5 slot match plays. I have successfully redeemed the two $10 slot match play coupons. The coupons sheet is worth a total of $40 in slot match play has an expiration date of 6/30/16. This post says to use the coupon and then play the required amount and the free play will be available the next day. That statement needs to be refined. The free play does not go on your card when the clock strikes midnight. The paperwork is done by hand and you can expect to see your earned free play to be available by 5 PM the next day. It's possible that the free play may appear earlier but it's not guaranteed. I didn't play yesterday because I knew that I would be unavailable after 5 PM today as I will be busy breaking down the show. I will be in town next week working the AMOA show. I will have a rental car so I will be able to use up the remaining coupons then. Hope this helps clear up some of the confusion. VP schedules are 8/5 JOB and 7/5 BP. No TITO all hand pays.
