MRB Coupon Help

My wife and I will be visiting around Thanksgiving this year and upon arrival we want to rent a car and check out some of the surrounding casinos near the strip. We also want to take advantage of some of the MRB coupons. We always stay on the strip and we have been Downtown once on our last trip. What coupons do you suggest we use from the booklet? Is it worth it to drive to The Orleans, Palms, etc. to see property off the strip?

Any suggestions would be great.

It all depends on what you like to do? What kind of gambling do you do? What sort of gambling budget do you work with? Holiday periods have a lot of dark shows so getting out and about can be a nice diversion. If a coupon run seems like fun then go for it. Green Valley Ranch has a nice shopping area with some good restaurants that are all within easy walking distance. Lake Las Vegas is another consideration. There is not a lot there but it can make for a nice change of pace from the casino scene.

Part of your answer may be how many days you're spending in vegas.

You could take the better part of a day just using all the matchplay/free play coupons around town. The projected return just from those on the strip (or close by) and downtown is somewhere around $100.

My suggestion with a car is visit Mount Charleston and stop for a coupon run in North LAs Vegas. Jerry's Nugget, Big Horn, and Texas Station are all good option. Texas station has a primo steakhouse with a 50% off coupon in ACG.
