Yes, that is a good question. From what I understand, at least if we were basing this on the return of a 9/6 Jacks or Better machine (but who knows if anything close to this kind of pay schedule is available at the bar making this offer), with a Straight Flush paying 1,000 coins instead of the normal 250 coins, that would increase whatever game that you are playing's overall return by about 1.5%. I say this because at least with 9/6 Jacks Or Better, a Straight Flush in and of itself comprises about 0.50% of the game's entire return.
And then people also need to keep in mind that (at least again based on a 9/6 Jacks Or Better machine) a Straight Flush happens on average about once in 9,200 hands so this could take quite a while to actually happen.
And so for this promotion to have much of any value, the base return of any game that you played would have to be about 98.5%.
This would mean that even if it was 7/5 Bonus Poker, that would still make the game's overall return about 99.5%.
