November M mailer

Has anyone out there received their November Mailer offer from M.

I just spoke with Amanda at the M. She said they went our really late. What a super lady.

I called because I hadn't received a mailer in quite some time and wanted to make sure I was still on the M radar. We played a bit of phone tag but finally talked in person I do have mailer/coupons. I felt she went way out of her way to contact me and was so very polite and she said she would check into why I hadn't received them. Again she apologized for the November one going out so late.

It was so nice to talk to a person who took customer service seriously. We will definitely be making M a stop on this visit.

Edited to add I am not a high roller so was surprised at the her quick and positive responses.

Greek, we are FL resident but spend most of our time in Vegas. If you normally receive or would expect to receive a mailer from M, just stop by the players club and they can give you both your gift of the week & buffet coupon. You can just check your free play amount at a machine.

Other than knowing the specifics of the mailer, it's not necessary to physically have to redeem.

We're back in FL now and can confirm that as of yesterday, we hadn't received our Nov. mailer yet either.

fedomalley--Thanks for the information---We must received today's mail and nothing as of yet. Still have Monday before we need to go to plan B. We are in Las vegas 6/7 times per year and always make it a point to play a few days at M. Thnaks again for your response. Have a great day. We have already booked air for January 17--24 and March 6--13 (had to use SWA credit card sign up tickets.) We normally go out Aaround Mar 16 or 17 for a week.

I WILL SAY MOST ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES AT M ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THAT BEING SAID THE PEOPSON THAT IS INCHARGE OF MAILER DISTRIBUTION REALLY DROPPED THE BALL FOR NOVEMBER MAILINGS.

Just received my M mailer yesterday 11/1.

Ditto for me. Apparently they have lots of shirts to give away ... Relieved to see the buffet coupons still include line pass.

Hello, I'm new to this site and was wondering what coupons was in the M mailer. We are going to Las Vegas in December and like the M casino - especially the Studio B buffet -- would there be a BOGO coupon in the M mailer? how do you sign up for it?

M mailers are based on prior play.

Not sure what the look back period is but we've generally found that $40k coin in per month gives you 2 free buffets for 2 people, $400 in free play and some room nights...4-6 per month. This mailer for out of towners is split for the first & second halves of each month.

Others will have different experiences but this has been ours.
