Palms 50%

DW and I have never been to the Palms or RIO for that matter. With the 50% coupon, I am thinking we need to venture over that way this next trip. Please give me suggestions on how or where to use that coupon. I am looking for food recommendations as well.

PS- don't just say use them for food, details would be nice.
JT-- look under the "Restaurants & Food" forum-- Palms Dining Thread-- There are a couple of Palms eating suggestions and maybe more will come under this thread-- keep looking.
It looks like you can use it for the first time this year for the Simon Brunch and LVA also has a printable coupon for that brunch for free mimosas or bloody marys. This is where I plan using mine. I used the Mimosa one last year a great deal a savings of 30 per person up to 4 people.
It's valid for use at the following restaurants at the Palms, so you have a broad choice -- steakhouse, Italian, Chinese, American, buffet etc.: N9NE, NOVE, Lao Sze Chuan, Simon, 24/7 Café, and Bistro Buffet,

We used ours on wednesday January 21st at Simon. We were happy with the selection and the quality. The best Caesar salad I have ever had. One of our group had the New York strip. Very tender and a good size steak. The salmon I had was a little small but only a little. My wife had the lobster mac and cheese and the squash soup both out of this world. The bill at the bar was reasonable and the view of the pool was great. All in all a little more upscale than your usual coupon restaurant. We would do this again in a heart beat.
Has anyone used the coupon at Simon for happy hour?
Was wondering about doing this next month before they close.
If not then I will opt for the brunch.
They just announced that Simon's is closing on May 22 - apparently he is sadly, gravely ill, and not renewing his leases that are expiring this year - also closing KGB Burgers. I am not sure if we can post links but here it is https://vegas.eater.com/2015/2/27/8124189/kerry-simon-shuttering-two-of-his-las-vegas-restaurants
2 of us are going to the Steakhouse for dinner. Can we each use a coupon? Each of us will spend over $100.
Siwst, do you know where the bloodymary coupon for the simon brunch is? I tried searching for it on here, but all I could find that it was a coupon in the book a few years ago.
