You can buy $40 worth of slot play for $25, once every 30 days, if you are already a member of the slot club.

If you are a new member of the club then you can buy $50 worth of slot play for $25.

Here are the restrictions on that offer. Be sure not to buy the voucher too soon because it must be used within 30 days:

Each player may redeem one (1) coupon at this casino every 30 days.
Free Player's Club membership at this casino is required to redeem.
Coupon value is credited as Promotional Slot Credits.
Promotional Slot Credits must be wagered before cashing out.
The player named on the coupon must be 21 years old to redeem.
Coupon expires thirty (30) days from purchase date.

Hopefully this offer will still be there when we go in September.

I wonder if this is restricted to certain types of slot machines, or if it can also be used on Video Poker or Video Blackjack as well.

Is a print out of the coupon required or can you just show up at the players club booth and ask for the deal?

You have to pay for the coupon, print it out and bring it to the slot booth.

Bob Dancer mentioned this deal on his radio show this past Thursday night (6/23) but he didn't mention whether there were any kind of restrictions on what you could or couldn't use it on, so I don't know (and I still wonder about that)!

If the Palms does restrict usage to slots and you are not happy, you can return it per the FAQ section of the website:

Can I return a slot play coupon?
Yes, within (1) year of purchase date. Contact us with your name, order number, casino, Slot Play amount, and why you would like to cancel your coupon, and we will refund your purchase price. Once your coupon has been redeemed at the casino, it is no longer refundable.
