Pasta Pirate two for one

Does anybody know if I can use points to pay for the one meal at Pasta Pirate? I don't normally use my Boyd points for anything other than cash back so am unfamiliar with the rules on this.

I did last year. At least I assume is what happened. There were three of us and when the bill came I only owed a couple bucks.
