Presidents' Day and MRB Coupons--Can Some Be Used?

I'll be out next month on a holiday for the 1st time. I know many of the MRB and ACG coupons say not valid on holidays, so I have low expectations for using them on Presidents' Day.

However, I've noticed that many say nothing about non-holiday useage, and was curious what people's experiences have been w/coupons on holidays that don't mention holidays (looking specifically at $10 play at El Cortez and Ellis Island, HR $10 mp-ACG, and Gold Coast free buffet w/200 points coupons).

You should have no problems with the Rio, Paris or PH buffet coupons, especially the Rio. We do that one on holidays all the time.
Gold Coast is never a problem, the people there are very friendly too. Decent buffet.
The El free play should not be a problem.
Ellis Isle not sure. They can be unpredictable at times. We were there for MLK day and they had some heartburn but eventually ok'd the coupon. With this one you might want to go the day before Pres Day,play your $10 then come back on Pres Day to pick up the free play since it takes 24 hours for them to get it into the computer.
