Problems getting the Terribles coupon.

Hi, i am having serious problems downloading (or even seeing) the Terribles free slot play coupon. I am registered, or i wouldn't be here right?
I can log into the forums obviously but when i try to go to the Members Rewards Online, it just takes me to the Gold Members Section and i can't see any coupons.
I have emailed customer services several times and the last reply i got was '' i have tried your log in details and get to the same place, i have let the webmaster know, we haven't had this problem before''
Well thats all well and good but i NEED this coupon before Friday this week and after many attempts and email correspondence i am getting nowhere.
Please don't tell me to phone as i live in England and the phone call costs will offset the values of the MRB, also my father joined a few weeks ago and had no problem downloading and printing the coupon.
The LVB coupon book dropped through my letterbox this morning.

If you're able to get to the LVA office while you're in Las Vegas they should be able to print it out for you and hand you the piece of paper.

If there's a problem with your account, there's nothing that the members of the forum are going to able to do for you. My best suggestion if you don't want to call (for the reasons you explained) would be to send another e-mail to [email protected] .

When I couldn't print mine, they emailed me within 24 hours & rectified it immediately.

I wasn't able to print mine up yesterday at home but today at work it printed with no problem. With my name on it and a 5 digit number

Champ: just be sure you check in at the booth first so they can record your coupon number and name BEFORE you start playing.
