No, it's one that you get a Caesar's hotels, Total Rewards. I did get one when I checked in at the end of September at the front desk. I don't think it was as good as last years, but we used a few food coupons from it.
I was under the impression that this was only given out to NEW TR members. I asked for one a year or so ago and that was what I was told. . . . however later I found one lying by a slot machine in Bills. . . . I notice that many of the coupons were the same as the ones they give out when you check in. . . .
