When using the 241 buffet coupon for the Rio which way does it work? Do you pay for one regular buffet then add $30 for the upgrade or do you pay the cost of the regular buffet plus the $15 and the get the second free?
The first option I would be paying $63 plus tax for two and the second option I would be paying $48 plus tax for two.
