Silverton Buffet: What counts as a holiday

The coupon for the Silverton Buffet states that it not eligible for use on holidays. What counts as a holiday? Is it just the legal holidays or does it include days such as Valentines Day?
I would say Valentines Day would count as a holiday. I know it has at other places in the past.
It includes anything they want to call a holiday. St Patrick's day would count in many places. The day after Thanksgiving is probably counted somewhere. Halloween?
Well I know that we went to Green Valley Ranch and they wouldn't let us use one on 12/24 saying it was a holiday, even though it isn't an official holiday.

However we went to Silverton and they accepted our coupon on 12/24 with no problems. We enjoyed the buffet for lunch and only paid a bit over $10 for the two of us!

Thanks everyone. Looks like I will just show up and see if they take it. Not really to much to loose.
Hope this works for you.

Had a similar situation w/M, wanting to use my coupon from their mailer for the free weekend seafood buffet. I arrive on 2/14--then realized that's Valentine's Day and the next day Presidents' Day and I may be out of look. I called this week, and was told they don't consider Valentine's Day a holiday for that coupon. Good news for me--but go figure.
good question, and they should be up front with the answer. take the guess work out of it so a person can make plans.
