Slotplay Coupons

I wanted to share an experience I had using Slotplay coupons (https://slotplaycoupons.com/). I've used them on several occasions without any problem. However, last time I wasn't paying enough attention when purchasing and I created a bit of an issue for myself. Usually I only purchase the coupons for the Palms & the Tropicana, last time I added coupons for 2 casinos in the Palm Springs, Palm Desert area. I assumed that the 2 casinos weren't linked. On the opening page of the website it doesn't tell you if they are or not. I checked the new member box for both. On the next page it is revealed that the casinos are linked, but since I had used this service so many times before, I didn't pay attention and completed my purchase. When I arrived at the 2nd casino I learned of my error. I was unable to manage any kind of compromise at the casino and was assured I would get a refund. I contacted Slotplay and they agreed to send a refund, but I had forgotten that I had closed the account I had used to make my purchase. There was a lot of confusion about whether a refund had been sent or not, but in the end, I requested a credit to make things easier and Slotplay complied. Now maybe they can make it a bit clearer that casinos are linked, but I should have paid more attention when making the purchase, and then compounded it by asking for a refund to an account that no longer exists. Bottom line is I got my credit, which I will definitely use by years' end, and I can assure anyone that has a question of trust with Slotplay that in my experience, they are honest & reputable.
Thanks for posting. Too often we hear the negative about things - glad it all worked out for you. And kudos to you for admitting your own errors!
I'm thinking about purchasing the Palms coupon - sounds like you've used it in the past. How does it work there? Do they load fp onto your card? Is the fp only good on certain machines?

Yes, it is loaded onto the player card. You print the voucher you purchased on the web ($25 gets you $50 of slotplay if you aren't yet a member of the casino slotclub and $40 if you are). Present it at the club desk at the Palms. They will load the extra play onto your card and you are all set. I don't recall any restriction at the Palms. I've always used it to play 9/6 Jacks or Better there. I do know that there are restrictions at the Tropicana (I forget if you can only use it on machines with a certain sticker or without). I do remember that I wanted to use it at a certain VP machine and couldn't. I've had no such experience at the Palms. It's a great deal and one I always use on every trip to Vegas.
Thanks, appreciate the info. I just submitted my order and printed the coupon - pretty easy!

Freeplay at the Tropicana is limited to machines with the sticker. I couldn't play mine on the All Star Poker machines in high limit but a Quick Quads machine in high limit worked.

After you have your coupon validated at the players club you have to activate the freeplay at a kiosk. This is different from the Palms.

Yes, Spa Casino and Agua Caliente Casino are definitely connected since they are owned by the same tribe.

And I do see that the Slotplay.com website says that you can use it at either Spa OR Agua Caliente but not at both.

I think you are right. I believe that the wording is new (as is the font being in red) in the terms & conditions. When I was at the casino the issue of using a Slot Play coupon at each casino didn't seem to be an issue. It was my mistakenly claiming to be a new member that caused the problem. Thanks for pointing it out.
