The last two times I flew Southwest, we ordered drinks and the flight attendant (different people each flight) asked if we had coupons. When we said no, they said, "Don't you know you can buy them?" We said we didn't know and they both said the first round was "on them"! The first time I thought it was crazy, but when it happened again, I wondered if it may be company policy. Lord knows there's nothing special about us.
