I wouldn't see why not.. They won't know if the gift card was discounted or not. You could have paid full price it should be the same as cash.

On our May trip we used the gift card with the MRB 2/1 buffet coupons at both Red Rock and Sunset Station. We also were able to use it at Sonoma Cellar (Sunset Station) for the $14.99 prime rib special.
