I can't seem to find where to print this coupon. Also, once printed do you only have a month to use it? Thanks

login in & click Membership Rewards Online then click the Gambling square.
It has an expiration date on the coupon, not a month.

If I remember correctly, the coupon expires at the end of November of this year.

Hopefully I'll get to use it!

I used this coupon last year and my screen says "you printed this coupon 11/1/2010". Can it only be used once EVER, or once per year?

I believe that it is "once ever."

I printed one of in January and never used it or kept it, now says already printed - how do I get to print it again?

Unless I'm mistaken, we can only print these offers out once. Even if subsequently unused, I don't believe there's the option to print another.
