Use of M.R.B.s on Mother's Day

Would anyone happen to know if Mother's Day Sunday is considered a holiday for M.R.B. coupon use? We're planning on hitting the Palace Station for their Sunday brunch.

Yes, it's considered a holiday. The casinos will all have special brunches that day, and coupons are not accepted.
