Here's the resolution. The Cosmopolitan is not renewing the offer, at least at this time. But that means only that new members from this point forward won't get it with the MRB. Cosmo is, however, extending the offer for all LVA members who signed up and got the voucher prior to today. Hence, all you need to do is follow the instructions on the voucher and you should be accommodated. Of course, there's always the possibility that you'll run into an employee who didn't get the memo. In that case tell them to check for the memo (there really was one) that was distributed in the last week of March. It indicates, "Guest may present outdated collateral for redemption until December 31, 2015."
