I dont know what the qualifier is...but it cant be much. I am second from the bottom in Ellis Island players club.
I swiped my card at the kiosk and went to "This month's awards" and it let me print out 3 - $10 table bet coupons. These were not matchplays. You can just use them by themselves on any even money table bet.
Worth giving a swipe if you stop in.

So were they "one bet, win or lose":coupons? If you won, did they give you $10 in chips and take the coupon?
If so, they were worth a little less than $5 each.

A win pays the value of the coupon and they take the coupon. Like a matchplay without the match. I used mine on the craps pass line.
