$50 free craps chips @ Silverton

From Silverton's website:

"Want to learn to play Craps?   We offer complimentary lessons every Friday at 10am and 6pm.  The first 12 participants to sign up and complete the class will receive $50 in Promotional Chips to play immediately after the class."

I really dont need the class but I'll take those chips.  has anyone tried this and how long is the class?

Well, it was a while ago, but the last such class i took was about an hour, and that included betting play chips and taking turns rolling the dice. Kind of fun, actually.

Just so you know--those "promotional chips" will be worth a little less than $25--not $50--because they're the kind where they're good for one bet, win or lose, so half the time the chip is taken and replaced with a real chip of the same value, and half the time the chip is...taken.

The "complete the class" stipulation means you'll have to stay for the whole thing to get the promo chips but hey, the cocktail waitress will come around. I spiced it up by asking some really dumb questions, like "How many numbers are on the dice?"

Good question.  Also ask how many sides on the dice.  And is it luckier to rub the dice in your arm pit or have your current sweet twink kissie kiss them first?

All good for a training class!
