You can get gift card discounts for Carnival brand cruise lines. Holland America etc.
Not direct booking of cruises as such, but gift cards only? Usable to buy future cruises and/or amenities on cruises?

I have a Dennys near me. It is the only non-fast food chain resturant in the area.
I eat there 2-3 times a week. The Dennys discount makes it easy to justify the AARP membership as it saves me $250 to $300 a year.
I think my first year was $12.
Saving money is good.
We take the AARP safe driving course every 3 years. There is a small cost, but they run sales often and I save way more than that on my car insurance. Much like the MRB.

I investigated that, and the savings my insurance company would have given me were....75 cents a month. But maybe that's because I have no tickets or accidents. Auto insurance companies aren't logical.

I went there for lunch a lot until they stopped offering the Dennyburger. I guess they had to run out of Denny eventually.
The old fart menu, together with the AARP discount, enables you to have an actual meal for less than $10. Practically unheard of these days.

Yep, they have a quarter pound burger on the value menu. It is $7.99 with fries. Add cheese and the AARP discount and I am usually out the door for around $10 including tax and tip.
Yet, David can't find even a McDonalds hamburger for less than $18 in Texas.
I joined AARP because it was the only way for me to purchase a UHC Part B supplement plan. I had UHC as my health insurance when I taught and they did a good job of paying my bills when I had my heart attack. Then I cancelled my membership because it wasn't needed to continue to renew my UHC policy.
