Was there a couple week ago and can confirm that this works and "gamble smart, gamble safe" is no longer valid. 

It had been changed to "Dave and Mark from Gamble Smart sent me" 

I think they also changed it so you need to earn 10 points before you can use the freeplay. 

You now have to say "I want an extra large sardine and flea powder pizza" while hopping on your left foot. They'll throw in a free drink coupon.

You forgot to mention while hopping you must spin in counterclockwise direction while combing your hair.
