Arizona Charlies Matchplay coupon was not honored

I checked with the Players club on March 18th to get the LVA coupon redeemed for a $10 match play.  The booth person told that they are switch systems and that there was no way she could get me a match play.  She was very sure that this could not happen even after I suggested calling a supervisor or issuing a manual match play.  So, this will be my first and last visit to this casino.

Have had no other similar reports. Usually when this happens, it's the booth worker who's uninformed. Can't control that.

Bev, give AZ Charlie's (and a different booth worker) one more try on that coupon.  Today I spent close to an hour on the phone with an AT&T customer service rep to no avail, a seemingly simple issue he insisted couldn't be dealt with unless my husband called them.  I called back later, another rep fixed the problem easily.  Those things happen.  

I requested to talk to the manager, but she would not forward my request.  I told her that I would post my findings on the LVA forum.  I may try again when we return again in July (we are not local to LV), but since we stay down town it would not be convenient.
