Rather than provide you with a list, which would be largely useless to you, I suggest that you look on the websites of the casinos you are thinking of visiting and click the "Promotions" tab that will either be visible on the home page or accessible via a drop-down menu.
Birthday promos are much scarcer, and a lot worse, than they used to be. What remains is almost always locals' casino promos--the Strip joints won't give you anything if you tell them it's your birthday (month), except maybe a swift kick in the ass.
Magnolia's at Four Queens has had a long-running two for one special on your birthday month. Whee!
My birthday was last month and I had birthday free play rewards that lasted the entire month from Sahara, Palms, and Jerry's Nugget. Since I went by myself, I didn't take advantage of the 2 for 1 food deals.
In Hendersonm , The Pass gives free play and food. Emerald and Rainbow give food.

Wherever you eat, including on the Strip, tell the seater or your server (upon being seated) that you are celebrating your birthday. Wynn and Bellagio, at any of their restaurants, gives a free dessert and enough spoons for your party to partake. They present it in a celebratory way, often with a lit candle, a nice touch. This pretty much applies to most mid to upscale restaurants on the Strip. None that I know of require it to be on your actual birthday date, but any day during the month.
Wynn and Bellagio also provide Free Play during your birthday month if you have a players card. Check your account and 'benefits' online before you go.
If you know of a place you will dine, make a reservation on their web site. Usually they ask if this is a special occasion, like birthday, anniversary, etc. Check the one that applies. You can cancel or re-book for another time should your plans change.

We have done that also whether or not it is our birthday or anniversary. Works in hotels also for room upgrades
If you are an existing member of their slot club they should notify of any such promotion with mail/Email offers.
I get them from Palms, EL Cortez, Stratosphere, SIlverton and others.
Unfiortunately I never go to Vegas in March when my boirthday is so I havent been able to cash in. =)
Any new birthday promos. We plan on hitting the Palms and Sahara for sure. Does the Rio, Eureka, Silverton or Resorts World do anything for birthay months? Emerald Island said they have a promotuon, but you must earn 400 points the prior month. So far there hasn'tbeen much in the email offers
