Bellagio adds Freeplay to your account. I couldn't go in March, my birthday month, though I knew there was some kind of birthday perk. Figured oh well. When I went in May, checking on something else at the Players Club the lady said "Oh, and you get $$ (I forget how much it was )for your birthday. Not bad.
Generally, if you are signed up with casinos you get the birthday offers in the mail, etc. (if they have any).
Ask when you get there, though, at every Players Club. They might do something.
Where ever you eat, tell the server its your birthday. You might get a free desert or something.
