mLife gives Free Play in the birthday month, but not sure if that applies in all tiers and all casinos, and what determines how much you get.
Best thing is always tell servers everywhere you eat during your trip that this is your "birthday trip." You might get a free dessert or free appetizer or something.
Visit players club desks and ask if they are having any birthday promos.
Sometimes when you put a players card in to play the reader will say "Happy Birthday" and tell you to check with the players club for your 'reward.' So watch for that if you are playing anywhere on your birthday.
If you have a Host where you stay/play, be sure to let them know it is your 'birthday trip.' He/she might send up a cupcake or something.

Boyd has always had birthday month promos, such as earn one point and swipe at the kiosk. I got a free dinner buffet one year and $10 free play another, so, probably worth doing.
One kinda cool thing was that I could quintuple-dip, meaning I could do this at each Boyd property. They've probably slammed that loophole shut, given how they torched their player's club, but worth investigating.
I don't see anything listed on LVA so try myvegasadvisor.com. A bunch are listed. BTW it would be nice if LVA provided this info.
