Here's how you can score a free* 7-day MSC Caribbean cruise with your diamond card:

Bring your card to the Atlantic City Hard Rock and they will match it with their Rock Royalty card. You'll also get $50 in freeplay. Then take the Hard Rock card to the Oceans Casino and they will match it with their Prime card, giving you the balcony-room cruise. I'm a regular old diamond and it worked for me. And from what I've read, the onboard spend can be used for excursions, tips, WiFi, gambling, and drinks. All of the above must be purchased after you get on board.
