Casino Hosts or Marketing Dept Contact

Up until about 3 months ago I was regularly receiving comp room offers from places such as the Palms, the Hard Rock, the Venetian and some of the Caesars properties. My level of play certainly hasn't declined but I'm having a hard time receiving anything besides discounted room offers from these places via mail and email. Is there a particular person in the marketing departments of these establishments or a casino host that could help me? The Total Rewards web page for Caesars/Harrahs is more confusing than ever.

thank you
I still get lotsa offers, but certainly Mailed offers have dropped off.

For Ven/Pal you really Need to check offers on Grazie website. Harr/CE I check online regularly.
Stations I always have trouble logging in, and MGM offers have been pathetic.

I don't chase a casino.
I mean, if they don't make an effort for my business?
Move on.

Hard to imagine youre not being courted by more of those Casinos, if your play hasn't dropped off.

I wouldn't say that I'm chasing any casinos too hard for comps. I think it's worth a request over the phone or email. I'm not going to even try with the MGM properties because my play there has been so small. Maybe the change in ownership at the Palms has caused a slow down in my offers there.
Some of them are trying to "go green" with less snail mail.

Sign up on each company's web site even if you already have. Sometimes when they re-do their web sites and data bases, names/accounts can get glitched.

Thanks Candy. I do need to find some time to check websites of various hotels where I think I might have earned some comps. I'm blocked from those sites at work and don't really have time to search at work. Having some time off over the holidays should allow me to research those possibilities. In the past a few people on here have responded with names of casino hosts that ended up helping me out at a couple of different casinos.

T.H.
My son recently got his first Harrahs's card. He received no offers and could not log onto the website. On his second trip to Windsor he checked at the TR deck and found they had entered his birthday wrong. They had him with a birth date of 1899 instead of 1989, He was not amused. How old does that make me?? any way--you make check to make sure there has not been a mistake in entering/glitch in your info.
To add to Lt.ax49's comments, double check to be sure they have your correct mailing address. If you use a PO Box for mailing, they need to have a home address on file. Also, if the post office returns a piece of mail, even if they have your correct address, it could put you on a do not mail list. That happened to me once.
Any one know the names of any of the hosts at the D. Stayed there a few months back with freinds they are getting mailers I am not.
Soonerhutch,

Send me an email and I will hook you up with my host and see what she can do for you. She has been great to us.

[email protected]
I always call and ask what they can do for me for a room at the places I'm interested in then make my decision based on where it's free.
