Comp Wallet App

Has anyone downloaded the Casino Comp Wallet app (as seen on page 3 of September's newsletter)?  I'm really curious how it will work as I'm all about comps.  I assume the casinos will give you a code to scan?  

So far, I found it very slow and cumbersome to use.  Seems like it takes forever to load the list of casinos and games you like to play. And as of today, it doesn't list any rewards cards you can enter.  

I would sure love a single app though that tracks all my comps.  Right now, I make a list of everything I want to take advantage of when I visit.  

I'll definitely be watching this one though.

I agree. Very clumsy app. I'm not even sure if I've set it up correctly. On the opening screen it does reflect the raffle for 3 nights at Circa, but I don't know if I need to click on something to actually enter. 

I can't sign up because next button hides agree to Rules/ cant read or agree to rules!!

Hi Jeff and Robert. The load time of the application features is a reflecton of internet speed. Are you connected to the internet/wifi when using the app?

To your questions, Matt, if you select the 3 Nights at La Crica raffle, there is a button at the bottom of the comp card that says "How to Enter". Please follow those steps to enter the raffle.

Im suing my smartphone with internet and it still wont work!

Robert, try setting your screen to a smaller font size.  That might alleviate the overlap.  

Hi Royal@ccw.   I'm connected to my home network, trying to "add game" and I can only scroll down to Let It Ride and it gets stuck.  I'm also trying to add my reward cards and can't get anything to save.  I see the "green" save button, I click it, after several seconds it turns black, then turns green again without me touching anything. 

When I return to my Rewards Card, it's empty.  I tried both Mlife and Total Rewards.  

Thank you Susan I made font smaller and was able to sign up for the Comp Wallet!
