Well in the "Player's Club" section of each casino listing on the https://www.vpfree2.com website, they do a pretty good job of listing how much money of coin-in it takes to get you one point. But I think that you are probably going to have to go through the listing of each casino (one by one) that you are interested in to see what each offers.

That should hopefully give you an idea of what may be offered. But then again, please know that things can change at any time on any day at the discretion of each casino and so maybe you should contact each casino yourself to see what they have to say.
