Cosmopolitan reimburses first $100 slot loss...

I was just told by a friend, who knows a guy, who used to work at a place, that isn't there anymore. . . that this may or may not be true.

Here's a question that I just thought about regarding this promotion.

What if you end up losing within the 24 hours but it ends up being less than $100?

Would they then give you Freeplay in that amount.

What I mean by this is for example, if you were to lose $75 in that 24 hours, would they then give you $75 in Freeplay?

When we were there in July and did the promotion I went and checked my play and had not lost $100 only 85.The booth person said I had to lose 15 more to get the free play.

I'm curious if anyone knows..............IF you Lost $100 and still have the $100 replay on your card,
how long do you have to play it?

Can I bet big and lose the $100 within 5 minutes then go get the free play, or is there a minimum time I have to play before I can claim the $100 loss?

Raisin, you can lose right away and get your free play. I went with a couple of buddies of mine and one did not last longer than 5 minutes before he had to go get this free play.

CLV, I heard a boothling say that you had two months to actually play the free play once it was loaded. Could have been three months but at any rate it was considerable time in case you had to head off for a show or something.

If you signed up for their card at an earlier time and used their $10 free slot play offer, you're not eligible for this $100 loss offer. I just had this discussion with a booth person about 10 days ago when I was in Vegas. At first, she wasn't going to give me the $100 offer (even though I hadn't used the $10 offer) until I asked to talk to her manager. She went into the back room, came out, and gave me the explanation about only being able to use one of the 2 offers as a new card holder.

Happy to report my $100 FP was still loaded on my card.

Unfortunately mixed results depending on boothling you talk to.

Was there couple days ago.......Male boothling told friends he put $100 fp promo
on their cards, so go Play & if they Lose 100, come back.

They both did Lose.........a few hours later...........and were told by a female boothling
that "HE was wrong, and the $100 FP was Not available."

When my friend found me & reported what she was told.......I told her, SHE is wrong,
GO talk to her Supervisor!

My friend decided to Not go back & blew it off, I'm sorry to say. I wouldn't have let HER get away with it.

So buyer beware about Cosmo FP offer.

And the Cosmopolitan wonders why they are not getting gamblers to frequent their place......ridiculous stories. A great place that can't get it together.
