Coupon book question.

Visited I'm May, used the coupon book quite a bit, hopefully other casino's jump on board, did the Palms  lobster night and felt real good bogo, can you use the coupon for lobster night more than once a year ? Thank you and will remain a loyal member

For 95% of the coupons, you can only use them once a year, especially if they're a really good deal. That also means that you generally can't redeem another identical coupon from a second book--the casinos keep track.

Before the casinos implemented that rule, there was rampant abuse from scammers, duplicating and redeeming the coupons over and over.

I received 2 coupon books. For the online coupons El Cortez single 60 minute massage coupon I printed one and then printed one more for the other coupon book . Thy reply was that I already printed 1. Was not allowed to print another. Members need to be notified that if you receive 2 books it doesent mean that you nwill receive the same online.!

If I have an active membership which I purchased in 2023 how can I order another one before the old one runs out. I would like to use coupons in 2024 that I have already used in 2023. FYI - I am in the UK.
