did the host say what the problem was? I have heard a number of people say they get generous offers from the D and the GG for very little play.. I have given the D some fair amount of play and get nothing. the info on my players card is current, same email and snail mail address that I have had for nearly 20 years.

You should check into it at the player's club desk.
Sometimes (any casino) a player's account gets inadvertently 'flagged' that they prefer no mailers. Ask.
