It is true ... coupon is void in both the American Casino Guide and LVA.
I tend to get low end room comps (golden gate for right now), and try to use coupon EV to pay for my flight. Can't make it worth the trip this year in part due to these voids. Not going to buy a mrb or acg accordingly. Maybe next year. I've seen them voided due to counterfeit coupons entering the market, but with LVA requiring the coupon torn in front of casino personnel, that doesn't make sense.

The voids in this case have nothing to do with counterfeiting. The gaming board ruled that they are not allowed since they in effect modify the rules of blackjack. So, these coupons will not be back next year. Maybe they will run something else. But let's face it, they could have accepted this coupon this year for something other than 22 wins, and they didn't.
