For the Caesars Quest for Rewards promo, what's the definition of "destination" as used in the description of badge requirements? Is all of Las Vegas one destination, or is each individual resort? Can't seem to get an answer out of Caesars. Thanks for all replies.

Reading their complete "Terms and Conditions," it seems that most badges could be earned all at one property, but there are rewards for visiting and spending $$ at multiple properties as well. As far as I can tell, each property is a separate "destination" even if they're in the same city/gaming area.
The promo looks insanely complicated, and it looks like the real value, if any, is in earning Tier Credits in what might be a less expensive way that what's usually offered. The drawing prize pool is laughably tiny--$56,000--so earning a "Badge" probably has an expected value of about four cents as far as the drawing is concerned.
In case anybody else is interested, Caesar's finally responded to my inquiry. "For the Las Vegas area members can earn a badge at each property".
