Drink comps at the Wynn?

They comp drinks on the slot floor (including video poker machines), so it's not the latter, Terry. I don't know why they have a policy, other than to ensure that I'll never play at a bartop at Wynn.

With that I say mission accomplished.

Terry
I wish someone from Wynn could explain their policy of not comping drinks at the bar. It is a SERIOUS deterrent to me ever staying there.

I like playing at bartops for many reasons, of which an important one is ergonomics, as well as a relaxed atmosphere. If anyone has any good explanations for this policy, I'd love to hear them...

Seems to me the Only reason for it..........they Think they'll get more bar business?

Maybe Less VP Riff-raff........ hanging around? lol

Is it possibe, they actually make more money from bar tabs, than VP players? I dunno about that.

This place is very annoying
We were there in dec and the cocktail service on the casino floor was some of the worst we have ever seen anywhere.
Wynn has become an industry leader in destroying perks, robbing employees of tips and aggravating customers with such tactics as not comping drinks at the bar. Makes me wonder if Wynn and Gary Loveman are related.
policy seems to be to keep people away who play a few minutes of .25 and walk away with a comp drink. they will overwhelmingly actually just be annoying good customers and driving them away. penny wise, very pound foolish. its stupid. whatever Mr. wynn says, goes, i take this is his decree. They are very tight there. I avoid the place
We go there to sit a Parasol Up and have a fancy drink and watch the parade of humanity. Do not play there. My friend likes the feeling of being in a high-class joint. I am still almost done with staying/playing on The Strip, but cannot quite wean myself. I play the bartops at Palace Station and the excellent Main Street Station bar, which, IMHO, is the best slot bar in Vegas.
