Wanted to close the loop on this.
A few days ago I received an offer for June through August that is identical to the one I used in April, i.e., 3 comped nights, $75 in Food, $75 in FSP and 5x points on the day of my choice. I called the host that was listed in the letter that had the really good June offer and left a voicemail, asking if I could get the June offer for dates in August.
He returned my call later in the day saying that offer only comes up a couple of times a year, during slower times, and would likely not be offered again until December. So, unfortunately there's no $400 FSP for 20,000 points for me in August. I'm grateful, however, for the offer I did receive and do plan on booking it for my August trip.
Edited to add: I did the basic math, and, assuming I did it correctly, if I did 20,000 coin in on the day I use the 5x points (I've done 20,000 CI playing Double STP VP at CET properties though not at El Cortez before) I'd earn $250 in FSP. Not $400 but a decent amount. The $400 was so nice though, not only because it was more but because the requirement was 20,000 CI during a 72-hour period rather than just on one day.
