I go for BBQ.Last few visits can't just give coupon to server.Have to go to rewards desk and get volcher.I seem to spend lot of my visits in Las Vegas at Rewards Desk.Not just E.I.
We have had no problems at the table using the LVA coupon for the BBQ at EI. Maybe you just have bad luck.
Before last year we never had to go to the Rewards Desk, but for us that changed last year for all Ellis coupons
