Eureka young-at-heart promo changes for the worse

As of March 1, 2026, the formerly strong "young-at-heart" promo (Sundays) at the Eureka on E. Sahara has changed from $25 free play after giving them $25 in action, to a drawing open to players of all ages, with tickets earned for every 300 points, drawings held hourly from 3am to 11pm, must be present to win, and the barrel holding the tickets is emptied after each drawing. Winners aged 54 and under receive $50, and those 55 and over receive $100.

As for me, I won't be visting the Eureka every Sunday any more.

They used to have a pretty decent slate of promos, varying by day of the week. It looked to me, when I visited a few months ago, like they were dialing it back. I hope that it doesn't continue that way.

They have a couple of VP games with good paytables that can no longer be found anywhere else, and I like Fat Choy, so there's still a reason to visit. Do they send you any mailers?

I wondered when the bean counters would pull the deal. We had planned our April flight for an early Sunday at Eureka. Probably will go for breakfast, maybe some playing. We shall see.

That's a shame, I liked stopping there.  We just did that promo in February.  Did they keep the birthday promo?  We were planning on that for our August trip.

300 points a lot for a random chance.

What happens to the LVA coupon for additional $10? Drawing also?

I'd be very surprised if the +$10 LVA coupon for Young at Heart was any good now. But it's not impossible.

If you haven't been there yet this year, it's definitely worth a stop to earn the $25 free play from the other coupon and get the twofer at Fat Choy. That place has surprisingly good food.

I thought I heard Anthony on the last YouTube state even though the young at heart deal ended the $10 LVA was still good.

A possible substitute on Wednesdays. Seeming $25 minimum freeplay after $1500 of VP action, less for slots. A welcome one that doesn't discriminate against young adults or the middle-aged.

EUREKA BONUS WHEEL

Earn 300 points on Wednesdays and spin the wheel to win $25 or $50 in free play. Earn 600 points for a bonus spin.
