I always suspected that he hails from somewhere that women are persecuted and subjugated, somewhere that merely being a female is considered a bad thing. He must be from Afghanistan, or maybe Somalia, or possibly the suburbs of Houston. He's surely not from somewhere that values women.

And he knows about estrogen shots? Wow, he must be remembering when his mother/guardian got one during her menopause back in the Eisenhower Administration!
