That's correct, there is no code. You can call or book directly from their website as the rate is, no third parties.
Reservations does not know about the coupon only the front desk knows.
Then once you check in, you present the coupon to the front desk employee and they will then apply the 15% off before payment.
You can call them at 1(800) 937-6537, Press 0 for operator, then ask for the front desk if you have any other questions.
I can confirm that 4Q/Binions central hotel reservations knows nothing about the LVA hotel coupon. They told me I needed to speak with a host to book the discount room. The coupon could use some additional clarification on the TnC listed on the back.

Rather than screwing around with the coupon, you can just book at the 10% discount senior (over 55) rate on their website. You wouldn't be able to use the coupon to get a 15% discount on top of that rate, supposedly at least, but what I'd do is book the room myself, using the 10% discount code, and then present the LVA coupon at their front desk and see what happens. If it's the Apache, you will be dealing with someone who from a mental standpoint, compares unfavorably to a lobotomized baboon. The 4Q front deskers are made of sterner stuff. Ostensibly, you can't piggyback offers, but...
